Steve Brown has spent ten years at the highest level of the hospitality industry in the UK, France and Germany. Over this time he has gained the respect of his employers and colleagues through his diligence, passion, knowledge, skill and determination.
Steve began his training at The Savoy Hotel in London under the watchful eye of Anton Edelmann and has since passed through the kitchens of some of Europe’s finest chefs. Restaurants closer to home include Edinburgh’s Atrium restaurant and The Scotch Malt Whisky Society. As an avid follower of all things associated with hospitality the world over, Steven has built up a wide-ranging knowledge of business techniques and solutions.
After a recent spell working in France, Steve is delighted to be back in his hometown of Edinburgh, spending time with his family and friends.
