The Restaurant Consultancy was approached in 2009 to develop a forward-thinking, eco-efficient restaurant and cafe in Edinburgh. The concept was to provide simple, unfussy food in a design-led environment.
Working alongside the founding owners a fresh and imaginative new business was created, integrating great food with strong ethics and a distinct community spirit.
