Bread & Olives is a delicatessen based on Edinburgh’s Queensferry Street. Steven was brought in to implement a change of ownership and re-branding of the business. Alongside the current owner, James Freeman, the consultancy’s work began to turnaround the business’ poor financial record and faltering customer base.
