The Restaurant Consultancy is currently working closely with Highland and Islands Enterprise to conduct an overview of An Lanntair, a centre for the arts, restaurant and bar in Stornoway, Isle of Lewis. This will result in a comprehensive report outlining the ways in which we believe An Lanntair should move forward to secure future success, sustainability and profitability.
The Restaurant Consultancy has been taken on to carry out an internal review of the catering management at the Dementia Care Partnership. Steve and his partner, Jemma, ran 5K for Sport Relief on Sunday morning. Both did very well, Steve managing it in 28.10 and Jemma in 36.14! The Restaurant Consultancy always aims to support charity and, on this particular occasion, raised £200 for Sport Relief.
