The Restaurant Consultancy is the first business of its kind in Scotland. Our main aim is to aid and support start-up and established hospitality outlets increase turnover and reduce costs.

The catering industry is large and varied, encompassing everything from a small countryside pub to a 3000 capacity cruise liner. Business can often be unpredictable, changing with current trends and levels of consumer confidence.
We believe, however, that offering the customer a consistently good product at the right price and in a suitable environment is the key to running a successful catering business, irrespective of scale.

Our role is to lighten the workload and share in any existing or potential problems, allowing time to concentrate on the areas of your business that are important to you.

With 10 years of industry experience behind us, we are in a strong position to advise and aid businesses that are feeling the strain of the ever-increasing costs and pressures of modern hospitality, made evermore challenging with the current financial situation.
